THE PROTOCOL: HOW IT WORKS

  1. Phase 01: The Stress Test (PAR-Q & Initial Task)

    Before we "go live," we test for stability. Fill out the PAR-Q, and I will provide your first month’s instructions at no cost. This is a discipline check. Many people quit when the resistance increases, but self-discipline is the foundation of all growth.

  2. Phase 02: Form Calibration Session ($100/Session)

    Once you prove you have the discipline to stick to the plan, we schedule a 1:1 session. This is not a workout; it is a high-level calibration of your form and technique. We troubleshoot your movements to ensure you are training with precision.

  3. Phase 03: Independent Operation & Long-Term Scaling

    After our session, you operate independently. I’ll check in to ensure your "system" is running smoothly. Most clients have everything they need for general fitness after one session. However, when you’re ready to "upgrade your hardware" (3, 6, or 12 months later), we schedule a follow-up to expand your skill set.

THE LOGIC

In IT, sometimes you need to clear the cache to get the system running at peak performance. This session is designed for exactly that. We combine the discipline of martial arts with high-intensity interval training to engineer a more resilient version of yourself.

THE SESSION BREAKDOWN ($30/Session)

  • System Initialization (Warm-up): Functional movements to prime your joints and elevate your heart rate for the work ahead.

  • Active Output (The Work): A high-energy session where you will learn to throw powerful, technically sound punches and kicks at pads.

  • The Benefit: This isn't just about burning calories; it’s about "unleashing your energy" to reduce mental stress and improve physical coordination.

Mike’s passion for fitness is straight-up infectious. He understands the subtle personality differences in every single person he coaches, and changes his teaching style accordingly to make you feel comfortable along your fitness journey.

Don’t get me wrong though, that doesn’t mean it’s easy. I’ve been extremely impressed with the limits I’ve broken when I work out with him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering one of his programs.

One of my favorite moments: running from his apartment across the Ben Franklin Bridge and back, followed by a set of 2-on-1 Muay Thai sparring sessions which pushed me completely out of my comfort zone. The mental glow I had after that was insane.

What I love about Mike’s training program is that it is flexible and he gives you a variety of workout routines to choose from.
